Hi, I'm Kaitlin Sopoci-Belknap.
For the past twenty years, I’ve been fighting the ruling class’s campaign to dominate the world through corporate capitalism—working to build people power, challenge systemic injustice, and shift the political and cultural landscape.
These days, my focus has shifted somewhat.
I’m still deeply committed to justice, but I’ve shifted my attention to something even more foundational: what it actually means to be in alignment—with myself, with the Earth, and with Life itself.
I’ve long understood how systems of power shape us, but I hadn’t fully reckoned with how deeply they had shaped my own relationship with my body—how much I was ignoring her, overriding her, and, for a long time, an oblivious participant in her/my oppression.
The same systems I had fought for years had conditioned me away from my own knowing, disconnecting me from my body’s intelligence and from the Earth itself.
For the past five years, I’ve been engaged in the experiment of deconditioning—learning to trust my body as my authority, exploring Human Design, astrology, and other frameworks that help illuminate how we’ve been shaped by systems of control and how we might return to something truer.
And now, my body tells me it’s time to reach out—to share what I’ve learned/am learning and engage more openly.
So I have started teaching and offering guidance sessions, readings, and guides—exploring Human Design, astrology, and the ways we can come into deeper alignment with our bodies and the cycles moving through us.
At the same time, I’m still deeply engaged in tangible, on-the-ground work. I spend a large part of my time addressing the animal crisis in my community through cat and kitten rescue. To me, justice isn’t just about human liberation—our responsibility is to care for all life.
What hasn’t changed is my belief that we already have the wisdom and power we need to shift course.
We don’t have to sacrifice other people, other creatures, or Earth in the process.
But to create real change, we have to stop running on the same distortions that got us here—and for me, that starts with honoring my body’s intelligence and letting her guide me.
I don’t have it all figured out, but I’m committed to this process of remembering and realigning.
If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
(Oh yeah, and my last name is pronounced “suppose-y bell nap," because everyone always asks.)
